Born on Betazed, Brandon spent much of his time during his teenage years taking classes at the Betazed Counseling Academy. He led a fairly sheltered life due to his overprotective mother. Brandon’s father passed away when he was 16. Much of his childhood was spent in New Orleans, his father's Earth residence. The Mulinas still have the New Orleans residence. He has held an exciting career while in Starfleet. Most of his career has been spent aboard DS13, the place he now calls home. He is very young for a Captain, but his age has never been a factor in his ability to lead his crew. |

Personality: |
Brandon is a very charismatic person who makes friends easily. He rarely gets nervous and is not afraid to stand up for what he believes is right. Brandon always attempts to find a peaceful resolution to a problem, and tries to approach every situation in a rational way but has been known to use force when the situation calls for it. Among his friends and colleagues he is known to be trustworthy and loyal. He is often the one everyone comes to for advice or just an ear to listen. |
